Shaun Sponneck
Shaun Sponneck is the Director and founder of Skyproject Logistics, bringing more than 27 years of experience across international freight forwarding and complex project logistics.
He established the company to provide customers with the capability of a global logistics organisation while retaining direct access to experienced decision-makers. Shaun works closely with customers and logistics partners to define each movement, identify critical interfaces and coordinate execution from origin through to final delivery.
His approach centres on practical planning, responsive communication and personal accountability—particularly where cargo is oversized, time-critical or dependent on multiple parties. At Skyproject Logistics, Shaun leads project strategy, commercial decisions and key customer relationships, remaining closely involved whenever a movement requires senior oversight or rapid problem-solving.
Logistics Operations Specialist
Kirstin Winter
Kirstin Winter is a Logistics Operations Specialist at Skyproject Logistics, managing day-to-day freight movements, supply-chain coordination and project logistics requirements.
She brings broad operational experience from international freight forwarding, including complex project logistics with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, export supervision with DSV and general export operations with Vanguard Logistics Services. Her expertise spans air and sea freight, export documentation, shipment coordination and time-sensitive transport files.
Kirstin works closely with customers, suppliers, carriers and overseas partners to keep cargo information, bookings, documentation and milestones aligned. Her practical knowledge, attention to detail and clear communication help maintain control across each handover and support the responsive service expected on complex or urgent movements.
